Sandwiched between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, the Dominican Republic accounts for the eastern two-thirds of the Island of Hispaniola and is neighbor to Haiti. And there is no shortage of activities from which to choose.

Here are six activities to consider for your next vacation to the Dominican Republic.
